Description
The Carbolite AAF series is designed for consistent, repeatable ash/burnoff testing up to 1,100 °C, suitable for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental labs. Available in oxygen 3–32 L chamber sizes with heating elements installed in chamber walls for uniform combustion conditions.
These units leverage Coiled Ni-chrome wire embedded in vacuum-formed insulation and drop-down doors that double as work trays—enabling safe, efficient operation and quick cycles. Standard controls allow PID ramp-and-soak programming, with optional safety interlocks and timer functions. Single or three-phase voltage options suit any lab power configuration.
