Description
The Carbolite BLF series offers versatile bottom-loading chamber furnaces engineered for demanding high-temperature applications up to 1,800 °C. Capacities range from 3 L to 21 L, with chamber temps available at 1,600 °C, 1,700 °C, or 1,800 °C. The furnace utilizes an electric elevator hearth, allowing loads to be introduced or removed while hot—ensuring safety and efficiency in handling fragile or heavy parts.
Six‑sided chamber heating (using molybdenum‑disilicide elements at higher temps) provides outstanding thermal uniformity. A hexagonal refractory chamber, low-mass insulation design, and safety interlocks make the BLF suitable for sintering advanced ceramics, glass melting, and controlled-atmosphere operations.
Standard with EPC3016P1 temperature controller (Ethernet-enabled), the BLF also offers features like over-temperature protection, radiation shields, specially designed hearths for gas operations, rotating platforms, and atmosphere-ready setups—all customizable at order.
