Description

The Carbolite CWF series offers reliable, general-purpose thermal processing on a benchtop footprint. Available in 5, 13, 23, 36, and 65 L models, operating up to 1,300 °C depending on configuration .

Key features include low-mass insulation for faster cycles, free-radiating wire heaters for uniformity, and a vertical-lift (or soft-close) door that keeps hot surfaces away from the user. Standard Carbolite Gero 301 or 3216P1 controllers provide ramp-to-setpoint and timer functions.

Special variants include:

CWF-B – enhanced airflow with door vents and tall chimney for ashing/fume clearance

CWF-BAL – integrated high-precision balance (3 kg/0.01 g or 8 kg/0.1 g) for in-process weight monitoring

Atmosphere Retort Ready – NiCr or Inconel retorts for 1,150 °C with oxygen <30 ppm; AMS2750/Nadcap compliance available
