Description
The CM 300 Series Continuous Pusher Furnace combines industrial-grade design with versatile temperature control across laboratory and production scales. Constructed with welded steel and high-alumina insulation, these systems feature molybdenum-wound Al₂O₃ muffles, offering continuous operation from 800 °C up to 1,700 °C (intermittent 1,800 °C).
Available in tunnel diameters from 3″ to 20″ and heated lengths of 24″–72″, the 300 Series supports optional pre-heat and cooling zones tailored to your process . It’s hydrogen-ready with robust atmosphere control, SCR phase-angle power regulation, programmable PID zones, and Type C thermocouples.
Frequently used in metal injection molding (MIM), refractory metals, powder metallurgy, nuclear fuel processing, glass annealing, and brazing, the CM 300 Series brings high uniformity and programmable automation from R&D to full-scale production.
