Description

The CM 400 Series Continuous Push Furnaces are versatile pusher systems engineered for industrial production environments such as MIM, refractory metals, ceramics, annealing, and bright firing. They offer standard operating temperatures to 1,700 °C, with optional configurations reaching up to 2,200 °C using tungsten elements and zirconia insulation.

Built with a robust welded steel frame and block-brick insulation, these furnaces feature automated stoker plates that push carrier trays (boats) through the heat chamber, enabling high throughput and consistent thermal profiles. Automatic doors provide protective atmosphere flushes, while the water-jacketed cooling section ensures controlled cool-down.

Standard components include microprocessor PID controllers, SCR phase-angle power regulation, multiple type‑C thermocouple zones, and independent over-temperature systems. Atmosphere options span H₂, dissociated ammonia, forming gas, or inert gases—with standard gas panels, dew-point/oxygen monitoring, and CM’s hydrogen safety shutdown system.

Tunnel sizes range from compact (3″ × 30″) up to large (20″ × 196″), with up to 6 temperature zones, allowing scalable throughput automation. These systems include optional preheat, dew-point controls, automated pushers, and data logging—factory pretested, USA-built, and compliant with industrial and safety standards.
