Description

The Cress C30FH and C36FH are rugged industrial-grade furnaces designed for heavy heat-processing applications up to 2250 °F (2000 °F continuous). Built with a heavy-gauge 3/16″ angle steel frame and 18-gauge sheet-metal panels, they feature a side-hinged front door sealed with a Kaowool® rope and secured by a heavy-duty latch.

Inside, 4½″ of insulating firebrick (brick + 1800 °F block backing) and grooved, side-wall alloy elements ensure fast heat-up and excellent temperature uniformity. Safety is built-in: dual door-limit switches cut power when the door opens, and a digital PID controller with separate high-limit control enables multiple temperature zone settings and ramp profiles.

Choose between the C30FH (24″×24″×30″, ~10 cu ft, 14 kW) and C36FH (24″×24″×36″, ~12 cu ft, 16 kW) models, with flexibility for 208/240/480 V power in single- or three-phase configurations. Standard 3-year warranty included.
