Description
The Mellen Microtherm MTSC12.5R model with a 2.375″ bore (60 mm ID) offers high-performance single-zone heating up to 1,250 °C in air. Built with a robust split-clamshell housing, this furnace enables quick tube or sample changes—perfect for repeatable thermal tasks in research or production environments.
Vulcan-supported heating elements ensure no sagging during cycles, while ceramic-fiber insulation delivers rapid ramp-up and stable temperatures. The furnace supports horizontal mounting (vertical optional) and connects to external PID controllers for precise control. Note: PID controller sold separately.
