Description

The Mellen Microtherm MTSC12.5R is a single-zone split-clamshell tube furnace designed for precise and efficient thermal processing up to 1,250 °C in air. Standard setup includes horizontal orientation, though vertical or bench stands are available.

Equipped with exposed APM windings supported in Vulcan-style for high uniformly and no sag, it offers consistent performance for applications like annealing, materials testing, and vacuum preparation.

Available bore sizes include 0.75″, 1.25″, 1.625″, 2.375″, and 3″ with heated lengths from 6″ up to 18″—choose 120 V or 208–240 V configurations. This furnace ships without controller; compatible with Mellen PS-series PID systems.
