Description
The Mellen NACCI NV12.5‑IC tube furnace offers versatile, high-precision thermal processing in a split‑body chassis. Configured with three independently controlled zones across heated lengths from 6″ to 36″, it provides precise gradient temperature control up to 1,250 °C.
This furnace includes standard adapters to accept 1″ and 2″ OD process tubes, while its split‑body design allows quick tube access and changes. APM exposed-wire heating elements deliver reliable high-temperature performance, supported by efficient ceramic-fiber insulation for fast ramp‑up and thermal uniformity.
Each zone includes its own PID controller with eight-segment ramp/soak programming and RS‑485 communication capabilities. For enhanced safety, each segment features an independent over‑temperature cutoff to instantly cut power if thresholds are exceeded.
