Description
The Mellen NACCI NV12.5‑IC is a high-performance tube furnace designed for lab use and small-scale production. It features a 3″ internal diameter chamber with standard 1″ and 2″ adapters, a convenient split-body housing for quick tube swaps, and operates up to 1,250 °C using exposed APM wire heating elements backed by ceramic fiber insulation.
This single-zone model offers various heated lengths—6″, 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, and 36″—operating on 208–240 V power, with wattage from approximately 2.4 kW to 5.5 kW depending on length.
Split-body design enables easy tube insertion and maintenance, while a PID temperature controller ensures stable and consistent thermal performance. With high-efficiency insulation and accessible loading, this furnace is perfect for research labs, gradient heating, sintering, alloy testing, and composite preparation.
