Description
The Mellen TC11 Tube Furnace delivers dependable high-temperature performance reaching 1,250 °C in air, ideal for materials processing, sintering, or testing applications. Specially engineered with low-mass ceramic‑fiber insulation and a robust stainless-steel housing, this furnace ensures energy-efficient heating and long-lasting durability.
It uses proven, 100% APM heating elements for maximum temperature capacity, with alternate FeCrAl (to 1,200 °C) or Chromel (to 1,100 °C) variants available. The simple, solid-bore design eliminates a hinged body, reducing heat leaks and simplifying thermal uniformity.
Designed to accept external PID-based controllers such as Mellen PS105 or PS205 (not included), the furnace offers precise temperature control and fast ramp rates—making it an excellent choice for tightly controlled thermal processes requiring a plug-and-play lab setup.
