Equipped with a Sentry Digital 12-Key Controller, this unit allows custom ramp/hold programming for multi-stage firings. The side-hinged lid is reinforced with a spring-loaded mechanism for smooth and safe operation, while the interior is lined with 3″ thick firebrick for superior heat retention.
