HEATING ELEMENT
The furnace utilizes Moly Disilicide Hairpin heating elements capable of 1800℃ in air. The elements have surface-watt loading for longer life at elevated temperatures. The maximum temperature is dependent on the grade of the heating elements: Grade I at 1600℃; Grade II at 1700℃; Grade III at 1800℃. The heating elements are feld-replaceable for ease of maintenance and are precisely placed to radiate heat uniformly to the internal chamber.
