The Thermcraft Marshall Series 1000, 1099, and 1100 tubular furnaces are designed for precision thermal processing in laboratory and light industrial applications. These furnaces offer exceptional temperature uniformity in a horizontal or vertical configuration and are well-suited for processes such as heat treating, annealing, calcining, or sintering of small materials or samples in controlled atmospheres.

Each model series offers a specific maximum temperature and configuration flexibility:

• Series 1000: Up to 1100°C, with integrated single-zone control
• Series 1099: Up to 1200°C, high-uniformity performance with digital PID control
• Series 1100: Up to 1200°C with extended tube lengths and advanced control options

These compact furnaces are available with a wide variety of tube sizes and materials (alumina, quartz, inconel, etc.), and can be adapted for inert gas or vacuum operations.
