Its hinged split‑body design allows easy access for tube changes, accepting tubes up to 6″ (152 mm) OD.
Using vacuum-formed ceramic fiber heating with embedded wire, it fills heated zones of 18″, 24″, or 36″, achieving tight uniformity: ±1 °C over 3″, ±5 °C over 8″, and extended 90% consistency across full length in 3‑zone models.
Equipped with Thermcraft’s SmartControl touchscreen PID control, the furnace delivers user-friendly profile programming, data-logging, Ethernet/RS‑232/485 connectivity, and optional Eurotherm control enhancement. Safety features include independent over‑temperature protection and interlock when opening the split body.
