Description
The Vcella B-Series Burnout Kilns are robust, front-loading kilns purpose-built for consistent burnout applications—like lost-wax casting—in industrial and lab environments. With chamber sizes ranging from 6″ to 30″ and a max temperature of 2,300 °F (1,260 °C), they support a broad volume of burnout projects .
Each kiln features simple analog controls—a built-in temperature gauge and infinite heat switch—for straightforward operation. For advanced process control, models can be upgraded with an optional digital PID programmer (model 1420).
Constructed with a robust firebrick-core and stainless steel frame, these kilns are built to last under continuous use. Made in the USA, they’re ideal for dental labs, jewelry casting studios, or small-scale production environments.
