Description
The Vcella D-Series Dental Kilns offer dental labs dependable burnout performance at temperatures up to 2,300 °F (1,260 °C). Built on the same rugged frame as Vcella’s B-Series, the D-Series adds dental-specific design elements—compact front-loading chambers (Model 6, 9, or 13), chamber vents, side-mounted controls, and a top-vented lid—all optimized for Lost Wax casting workflows.
Each unit arrives standard with an analog single-setpoint controller (models ending in ‑1410), with optional PID programming (‑1420 suffix). Heavy-duty firebrick cores and stainless steel jackets ensure thermal consistency and long kiln life. These kilns are ideal for burnout cycles, shell processing, and heat treatment in dental and casting environments.
