Description
The Vcella Front‑Loading Kilns are heavy-duty workhorse furnaces designed for demanding laboratory and production environments. Models include:
Model 6: 6″ × 6″ × 6½″ (70 lb steel frame, 120 V)
Model 9: 9″ × 10″ × 6½″ (120 V)
Model 11 & 12: 9″ or 12″ square chambers with higher volume
Model 13, 16, 18: 12–18″ chambers, larger capacities (240 V, 20–45 A)
Inside, they feature thick firebrick insulation and backup refractory for durability, while stainless-steel exterior and heavy-duty angle-iron frames ensure rugged use and freight safety . Standard analog controls include a heat-indicating pyrometer, infinite heat switch, and power-on lamps. Optional digital PID controllers are also available.
Vcella kilns are made in California, USA, and are built for continuous operation in applications like lost-wax burnout, metal heat treatment, ashing, sample prep, and sintering.
